At FrenchieNoble, every reservation matters. Once you place a deposit, your chosen puppy is removed from public listings and marked as "Reserved." For that reason:
Deposits are non-refundable, unless we cancel due to unexpected issues (e.g., puppy health concerns).
If you cancel after paying a deposit, the deposit will not be returned.
Full payment is due before pickup or delivery. Late or missed payments may cause delays or forfeiture of reservation.
In the rare event your reserved puppy becomes unavailable (e.g., health concerns), you may receive:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer your deposit to another available puppy.
